This year the Arraiá the Brazil project was canceled but that does not mean we can not bring the June Festival to our homes. One of the best ways to do this is through cooking.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 CAN OF CONDENSED MILK (OR 6 SPOONS OF SUGAR)
- 2 CANS corn (maize cobs OR 6)
- 1 SHALLOW MARGARINE SPOON
- 3 MILK CUPS
- POWDER CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
Cornflour Cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cornstarch
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons of grated coconut
- 1 cup unsalted margarine

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cornmeal (tea)
- 2 cups of unleavened wheat flour
- 1 cup and 1/2 of (tea) sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of corn oil
- 2 cups of whole cow's milk tea
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
